1. Booking Acceptance

By booking with Travito Luxury Chauffeurs, you agree to these terms and conditions. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Payment Terms

Payment can be made by cash, credit card, or debit card. For corporate accounts, we offer 30-day invoice terms upon approval. Full payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation: Up to 24 hours before pickup time
• 50% charge: Cancellations within 12-24 hours
• Full charge: Cancellations within 12 hours or no-shows

4. Flight Delays

We monitor all flights and adjust pickup times accordingly at no extra charge. We include 60 minutes free waiting time for airport pickups from the flight's actual landing time.

5. Passenger Responsibilities

• Provide accurate flight information and contact details
• Be ready at the specified pickup time for non-airport journeys
• Ensure luggage fits within vehicle capacity
• Respect the driver and vehicle

6. Luggage & Capacity

Each vehicle has specified passenger and luggage capacity. Please ensure your booking matches your requirements. Excessive luggage may require a larger vehicle at additional cost.

7. Liability

Travito maintains comprehensive insurance. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. We recommend allowing adequate time for airport transfers.

8. Service Standards

We strive to provide the highest quality service. All drivers are professionally trained, licensed, and vetted. All vehicles are regularly maintained and cleaned.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
